United Fulfillment Solutions is expanding — and we're looking for a driven, hands-on leader to help run the floor. As Warehouse Manager, you'll own the day-to-day of our fulfillment operation: inventory, shipping, receiving, and a team of up to 10 associates who count on you to keep things moving. This is a real leadership seat with room to grow as we do.

What You'll Own:

Run daily operations across the facility and lead a team of up to 10 Set the pace — plan, track, and manage performance against operational goals Keep the floor running to standard: enforce procedures, policies, and best practices Catch problems early and escalate what threatens the team's ability to deliver Balance the picking and packing queue, shifting resources to hit deadlines

What You Bring:

2+ years of related experience (Associate's degree or less) or 1+ year (Bachelor's or higher) 2+ years leading a team Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Sharp communication skills — written, verbal, and the ability to train others A problem-solver's mindset: organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude Comfortable juggling priorities and setting goals for yourself and your crew If you're ready to lead, not just clock in — we want to hear from you.
