Patton Warehousing is seeking a candidate with warehousing experience to fill a management role in the Milton area.

Responsibilities and Skills:

Interpersonal skills (employees, co-workers, managers, vendors, carriers) Constructively confronting/praising Maintaining professional relationships with staff and customers Enforcing point and safety programs Enforcing/implementing specific operational procedures consistently Make sure procedures are followed and that employees are trained on procedures Time management Develop staff

• Maintaining a clean warehouse Technological skills-excel, WMS, email, etc. Maintain, correct, create accurate inventory, recordkeeping, up-to-date Physical and digital (Trackers, WMS, inventory reconciliation) Improve efficiency Cross-train staff Safety-programs, PPE, suggestions, etc. Optimize space Dedication Be willing and able to do any job on the floor at any time Taking overall responsibility for all he/she oversees Accurately create/draft invoices and supporting documentation
