The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient material handling and distribution processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple aspects of warehouse management to support seamless logistics and supply chain functions. Duties Lead, supervise, and delegate responsibilities to warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping. Perform and oversee cycle counting procedures to maintain accurate inventory control. Manage material handling equipment operation to ensure safety and efficiency. Maintain precise inventory records and implement best practices for stock management. Coordinate distribution center operations to meet delivery deadlines and customer satisfaction. Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance with safety standards within the warehouse environment. Optimize workflow processes for increased productivity and cost efficiency. Experience Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics roles, with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes. Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management practices. Ability to supervise a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment. Prior experience performing cycle counts and managing inventory accuracy is highly desirable.
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
