Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily deliveries and distribution of job materials, ensure efficient inventory control, and ensure field employees have all essential materials for current projects. Your leadership will drive process improvements, maintain safety standards, and optimize logistics to support our company's growth and customer satisfaction. Duties Supervise all warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling Lead and motivate part time warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Oversee inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and proper storage procedures Coordinate logistics operations to meet delivery deadlines and optimize warehouse efficiencies Oversee fleet vehicle maintenance and record keeping Oversee building maintenance Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance operational efficiency Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols at all times Qualifications Clean driving record and valid license Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within distribution centers or similar environments Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes Proficiency with JobTread software and Google Drive a plus Ability to operate 16' box truck and truck Excellent team leadership, managerial communication, and problem-solving skills Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual material handling tasks regularly Join us to be part of athe MasterCraft team committed to excellence in your role in warehouse operations!
