Job Description
We are looking for a Small Parcel Fulfillment Manager to oversee the part of our warehouse that handles individual customer orders. This is not a full warehouse manager role. You will manage a high-volume daily shipping operation, make sure orders are processed correctly, packages are weighed and measured accurately, multi-item orders are handled properly, and all shipments go out on time. Must be tech-savvy, organized, detail-oriented, and able to guide a small team and keep the fulfillment process running efficiently.
