Job Description

Mondo Media Solutions is looking for a Warehouse Manager to support our growing commercial AV installation operations. This role is primarily focused on warehouse organization, inventory management, and logistics, with the opportunity to grow into a field technician role for candidates who demonstrate interest and aptitude in low-voltage work. About the Role As the Warehouse Manager at Mondo Media Solutions, you'll be the operational backbone that keeps projects moving. You'll manage inventory, prepare equipment for jobs, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and support field teams throughout the day. This is a hands-on role that blends warehouse management, logistics, and light technical support. You'll also have the opportunity to assist on job sites as a helper when needed, gaining exposure to commercial AV and low-voltage installations, with a clear path to advancing into a technician role if desired. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Warehouse & Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory using Sortly, including receiving, labeling, organizing, and issuing equipment. Track project materials and allocations using Monday.com and D-Tools. Prepare, stage, and kit equipment for upcoming jobs (AV, access control, surveillance). Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and optimized for fast project turnaround. Perform regular inventory audits and report shortages, overages, or damaged items. Logistics & Delivery Perform trips to suppliers such as Home Depot, electrical distributors, and AV vendors in the area. Deliver and pick up materials from job sites throughout the Philadelphia area. Coordinate vehicle loading/unloading and ensure materials are secured properly. Drive company vans and maintain basic vehicle cleanliness and readiness. Field Support (As Needed) Act as an extra set of hands on job sites for basic tasks such as: Pulling and dressing cable Material handling Assisting technicians with installs Follow job site safety practices and instructions from lead technicians. Documentation & Coordination Update internal systems with inventory movement, deliveries, and job support notes. Communicate clearly with project managers, technicians, and office staff. Assist with basic documentation related to equipment usage and returns. Core Skills & Experience (What We're Looking For) Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics (1-3+ years preferred). Comfortable using inventory and project software (experience with Sortly, Monday.com, or D-Tools is a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic familiarity with low-voltage or construction environments is helpful but not required. Willingness to assist on job sites and learn technical skills over time. Growth Opportunity This role is designed with a clear advancement path. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and occasionally on active job sites. Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required. Ability to work on ladders or lifts when assisting in the field (with supervision). In-person role; regional travel within the Philadelphia area.
