Exempt SUMMARY The York Operations - Warehouse Manager ensures the efficient, systematic, and profitable operation of all Warehouse functions for the York PA operations; produce reports on all functions conducted; and implements strategies to improve operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzes and implements process flow improvements, including capabilities for growth
- Develops and oversees implementation and administration of policies, systems, and procedures
- Ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met
- Determines optimal staffing levels for the warehouse
- Develops and implements continuous improvement efforts
- Prepares operational analyses for the warehouse
- Works directly with customers to meet their expectations as necessary
- Purchases equipment as needed
- Communicates with internal and external customers
- Oversees the kitting and packaging operation
- Oversees waste removal and other utilities
- Schedules truck drivers and deliveries
- Manages the company's owned and leased vehicles
- Holds Responsibility for accuracy of customer provided & company purchased inventory
- Responsible for all orders travelling through receiving, kitting, and/or shipping areas.
- Performs other duties as necessary
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee operations of York PA facility
- Allocates work to, trains, and resolves issues of Warehouse staff including receiving, shipping, kitting and logistics
- Supervises and evaluates staff performance and motivates staff to peak productivity
- Ensures and enforces compliance with MCF policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS

DOT, HAZMAT, TSA
security, customs regulations, OSHA, and training, shipping and receiving, distribution, documentation, and compliance is highly preferred- Organizational, Communication, and Analytical skills
- Expert user knowledge of enterprise system software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent Problem Solving and Time Management skills EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Extensive management experience
- Extensive warehouse experience
- Five or more years of experience in the Fastener or Aerospace Industry
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Forklift certification
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Ability to build rapport with customers and coworkers and to project a calm, positive image while under stress and dealing with difficult problems and people. He or she must be hands-on and able to communicate equally well with Sr. management, peers, and Warehouse personnel. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and creatively work through resource limitations and other obstacles to progress.PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The Warehouse is not a temperature controlled facility and the noise level in the work environment is moderate.
