$45-$47 Will this position be required to work onsite for any reason at any time? No Engagement Description - The Delivery Lead II will support end-to-end delivery execution, partnering with product, business, and technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of initiatives. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, risks, dependencies, and ensuring alignment to enterprise delivery standards and governance. The resource will lead planning and execution activities, facilitate delivery ceremonies, and drive accountability across internal and vendor teams. The Delivery Lead II will also provide visibility into delivery health, proactively identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes Top 3 Required Skills/Experience -- End-to-End Delivery management

Include:
- Experience leading delivery within large enterprise IT environments
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, including executive-level status reporting and escalation management
- Ability to manage scope, schedule, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Ability to assemble project plans, direct and monitor work efforts, ensure business value is delivered, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Monitor and manage project RAID logs
- Determine staffing requirements and formation of project teams
- Leverage project management methodologies and various software development lifecycle frameworks
- Track and report project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors Preferred Skills/Experience - Optional but preferred skills/experience.
