Job Description
The Senior Implementation Manager leads large-scale deployments of transportation and traffic safety enforcement solutions for public sector clients. This role owns end‑to‑end implementation delivery, serving as the primary interface for municipalities and Departments of Transportation while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple concurrent implementation programs across system integration, QA, onboarding, and migration Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, providing clear communication on scope, schedule, risks, and milestones Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, operations, and client services Define and execute implementation roadmaps, managing budgets, resources, timelines, and risks Ensure regulatory compliance and successful integration into existing customer environments Champion agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and delivery best practices Oversee change management, documentation, training, and transition to operations Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify improvement opportunities Drive high customer satisfaction and support expansion within existing public sector accounts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in government services, transportation solutions, or related technology environments Proven success delivering complex, multi‑workstream implementations Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams Expertise in project management methodologies, including agile Experience with budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% Preferred Qualifications PMP or equivalent certification Experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), surveillance, or enforcement technologies Hands-on experience with camera systems, radar/lidar, networking, and system integration Prior work with municipalities, DOTs, or public sector agencies Work Environment This role supports transportation and traffic safety enforcement implementations and involves a combination of remote work and on-site engagement. The position operates in a primarily remote environment with frequent travel, including approximately 50% travel to customer locations and the corporate office, as well as on-site work in Maryland. Leadership and some team members may be based in other locations, such as Kentucky, requiring effective collaboration across distributed teams. The work environment involves close interaction with intelligent transportation systems, surveillance and enforcement technologies, camera systems, lidar or radar, networking, and data systems. You will engage regularly with public sector agencies, including municipalities and Departments of Transportation, in both office and field settings. Standard business hours typically apply, with flexibility required to support project milestones, go-live events, and critical implementation activities.
