Job Description

About SERVPRO Team
TMC SERVPRO
Team TMC is a family-run, full-service restoration and reconstruction company with multi-state operations and nationwide response capabilities. We serve residential, commercial, and large-loss clients with the people, equipment, technology, and operational depth to respond quickly and scale when needed. Our capabilities span water and fire damage restoration, mold remediation, storm response, specialty cleaning, contents restoration, full-service reconstruction, and a broad range of specialized property restoration and recovery services. Behind every response is an experienced team supported by extensive industry certifications, advanced technology, and a strong operational infrastructure. SERVPRO Team TMC utilizes advanced drying and moisture-mapping systems, 3D imaging and LiDAR, and leading estimating and documentation platforms to provide accurate, detailed project oversight from the initial response through completion. Our depth of resources allows us to mobilize personnel, equipment, specialized expertise, and leadership across markets, whether responding to a single-property emergency, a complex commercial loss, or a widespread disaster event. That scale never replaces personal service. For homeowners facing an unexpected loss, our teams understand that even a small water leak or isolated property damage can be a major disruption. Friendly, responsive communication and treating customers and their property with care are just as important to us as the technical work itself. SERVPRO Team TMC has grown by building strong teams, investing in their development, and creating opportunities for people to grow with us. As a family-run company, we value relationships, recognize hard work, and believe our best leaders are often developed from within. We invest in training, industry education, professional certifications, hands-on experience, and giving talented people the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as they develop. As SERVPRO Team TMC continues to grow, so do the opportunities for our people to build meaningful careers across restoration, reconstruction, operations, sales, administration, and leadership. We maintain high expectations for customer service, communication, documentation, accountability, and execution and we value the people who rise to meet them. That foundation gives SERVPRO Team TMC the ability to take on increasingly complex losses, develop the next generation of restoration professionals and leaders, and deliver the consistent level of service our customers and partners expect.
