This Position:
We are a smaller manufacturing company, so our managers need to be comfortable leading and doing . This is not a large warehouse operation where the manager spends the day managing supervisors or directing work from an office. We need someone who will take ownership of the warehouse, set priorities, motivate the team, solve problems, and then jump in and help when the work needs to get done . We also value flexibility and collaboration. We welcome ideas for improvement, but the successful candidate will first learn our existing operation and understand how the warehouse supports Production and the rest of the company. We are looking for someone who can improve the operation within a team environment , not someone looking to create a separate department or completely rebuild existing processes around their own way of doing things. If you are a positive leader who enjoys working with people, ERP systems, inventory, spreadsheets, and the day to day realities of a manufacturing warehouse, we would like to hear from you.
