Ryze Operations Manager•Production & Fulfillment At Ryze, we prepare and ship jewelry that helps hundreds of independent consultants create memorable experiences for their customers across the country. Every production priority, every shipment, and every member of our Production and Fulfillment teams plays an important role in making that happen. We're looking for someone who can bring those teams together, earn their trust, remove obstacles, and help people do their best work every day. You're excited about building people, improving processes, coordinating teams, and helping a growing company succeed. If this sounds like you, here's what success in this role looks like: After 30 days You've learned our warehouse operations and built relationships with the Team Leads. Team members know they can come to you for guidance. After 90 days You're coordinating daily priorities with minimal direction. Routine operational questions are being resolved without needing to involve the Director of Operations. Communication between Production and Shipping is smoother. After 6 months The warehouse runs consistently even when unexpected challenges arise. Team Leads are growing under your leadership. You've identified opportunities to improve efficiency and helped implement them.
