Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee all inbound warehouse functions, including receiving, unloading, inspection, and product put-away. Ensure accuracy and compliance with receiving documentation, vendor requirements, and regulatory standards. Monitor inbound KPIs such as dock-to-stock time, receiving accuracy, and vendor compliance. Provide direct management of receiving employees, ensuring training and development opportunities. Optimize labor schedules and manage departmental expenses. Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and quality teams to address discrepancies or vendor issues. Implement process improvements for inbound efficiency and accuracy. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local receiving regulations. Maintain safe, clean, and organized inbound work areas. Partner with operations and IT to improve inbound reporting and automation. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business preferred (equivalent experience acceptable). Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in warehouse or inbound logistics. Strong knowledge of receiving and inbound processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). CLD Preferred
