As a General Manager, you will oversee site-wide logistics and distribution operations, driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and team performance while serving as the primary liaison between MAU and customer leadership. logs and PO billing Oversee talent management, including screening, interviewing, hiring recommendations, coaching, and disciplinary actions for leadership, training, and administrative staff Compile, authorize, and submit payroll for the full-time regular team while ensuring consistent administration of MAU policies Work Environment and Physical Demands Work is performed in customer facility administrative and manufacturing environments, using standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, fax machines) Exposure to process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles Environments range from non-temperature-controlled areas to GMP clean rooms Physical Requirements Must be able to walk up to 6 miles daily Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
