Saturday Availability Required Job Responsibilities:

Run/Supervise the front desk operations, yard personnel, and customers Responsible for opening and closing procedures Answering multiple phone lines Assisting the front desk with Customer Service Assisting yard personnel with loading, unloading, yard maintenance and procedures Managing & balancing daily Cash Receipts Coordinate customer activity of business Manage incoming & outgoing logistics

Supervise:

All front desk and yard personnel Loading & Unloading using forklifts and skid steers Inventory Tracking Special product administration Product ordering and administration POS front desk operations Supervise daily transaction administration Training employees in customer service Perform regular

Audits Minimum Experience Preferred:

Forklift & Skid steer experience required Retail POS

• 2 years Manager
• 3-5 years Personnel supervising
• 3-5 years Inventory/ Product ordering
• 2-3 years Direct customer service
• 5 years

Computer Skills:

Point Of Sale Experience Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets Microsoft Excel/Word Job Type:

The schedule is made on a weekly basis, but you must be available for all these days and times. Are you available all these days and times, specifically Saturday? We have two locations. One at Hudson Bend & 620, and the other off Hwy 71 in Bee Caves. Are you familiar with these areas, able to commute to work every day, and be on time? This is not a remote customer service position. You will be working with customers face to face. Do you have any experience in customer service?
