Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this position involves overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, managing a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring the safe handling and storage of goods. The Warehouse Assistant Manager collaborates closely with the Warehouse Manager to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals. Duties & Responsibilities Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff. Assign tasks and responsibilities as needed to team members. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback. Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes. Monitor order accuracy and on-time deliveries. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Monitors specific customer orders (30069,3692,19722) Delegates to the warehouse employees, walk-in customers, Tag LTL Freight, and Loading Trucks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory roles. Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
