The ideal candidate will have strong automotive parts experience, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory and efficient warehouse processes. Candidates with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (CDJR) experience are highly encouraged to apply. Automotive parts warehouse experience is a plus. Manage day-to-day operations of the parts warehouse to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Oversee receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing automotive parts and accessories. Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and inventory management procedures. Monitor and manage obsolete inventory and implement processes to maximize inventory turnover. Ensure parts are stored safely and in accordance with company standards. Coordinate with the Parts Department, Service Department, and vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of parts requests. Supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the warehouse. Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. Assist with scheduling, staffing, and workflow management to meet operational demands. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements. Strong organizational and inventory management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer applications. Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials as needed. Preferred Previous experience in an automotive parts warehouse or dealership environment. Experience managing warehouse staff or leading warehouse operations. Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices. CDJR dealership experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar dealership management systems is a plus.
