Position Overview TPW Inc. is seeking a highly organized and dependable Warehouse & Delivery Lead to take ownership of our warehouse, tool and material inventory, and jobsite deliveries. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor position for someone who enjoys creating order, establishing practical systems, and working independently. The warehouse needs an organization and inventory system, so the right person must be proactive and comfortable building an efficient operation. The Warehouse & Delivery Lead will also pull, load, secure, and deliver materials to jobsites using a company vehicle and bumper-pull trailer. Key Objectives Establish an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse Create and maintain a practical system for tracking tools and materials Keep commonly used materials properly stocked Notify managers before tools or materials need to be reordered Stage and deliver the correct materials to jobsites when needed Maintain accountability for tools and equipment issued to field personnel Primary Responsibilities Organize the warehouse into clearly identified storage areas Label shelves, bins, tools, equipment, and materials Receive deliveries and verify quantities and condition Record incoming and outgoing tools and materials Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Monitor minimum stock levels and notify the appropriate manager when restocking is needed Pull and stage materials for upcoming jobs Load and properly secure tools, equipment, and construction materials Deliver materials to local jobsites using a truck and bumper-pull trailer Pick up materials from vendors and suppliers Track tools and equipment assigned to employees and jobsites Inspect returned tools and report missing or damaged items Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, delivery vehicle, and trailer Communicate clearly with managers and field personnel regarding material needs, shortages, and deliveries Maintain cleanliness of company tools, equipment, and vehicles What Success Looks Like Every tool and material has a designated, labeled location Inventory records are accurate and regularly updated Managers receive advance notice when materials need to be restocked Tools can be located quickly and are properly assigned and returned Jobsite deliveries are accurate, secure, and on time The warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized Material shortages and missing tools are identified before they affect a project Required Qualifications Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Able to establish and follow warehouse and inventory procedures Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Experience safely towing and maneuvering a bumper-pull trailer Ability to load and properly secure construction materials for transport Comfortable using a computer, tablet, or mobile application to track inventory Able to communicate effectively with managers, field personnel, and suppliers Able to safely lift and carry up to 80 pounds Able to perform physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, loading, and unloading Preferred Qualifications Previous construction, warehouse, inventory, delivery, or material-handling experience Familiarity with construction tools and materials Forklift or material-handling equipment experience Experience completing trailer safety inspections and securing loads Why Join Us?
