WAREHOUSE & FULFILLMENT MANAGER JPS

Our multigeneration, family-owned business has been a cornerstone of the Dallas-based printing community for over 45 years. Evolving from a small start-up to an at-scale manufacturing plant, we now produce over a million books annually, along with other print-related materials.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager who takes ownership. This role is about leading teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every order moves with precision. You'll manage daily warehouse operations, drive fulfillment performance, and eliminate inefficiencies. You will be responsible for the everyday operation of the warehouse and fulfillment center. This includes managing all inventory while supervising all entities of shipping, receiving and storage of product in our warehouse. Our geographic edge allows our fulfillment team to ground ship to 96% of the population in 3 days or less. We are committed to shipping on Day Zero for customers who utilize our fulfillment center to store inventory.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Manage warehouse and fulfillment logistic operations Establish operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments Review job ticket, pull order, pack order, ship order Handling and disposition of materials while keeping warehouse inventory current Implement routine physical inventories using inventory system reports, software, and counting sheets to ensure inventory accuracy Manage team member tasks and responsibilities to receive, store, and load Recommend and implement measures to improve processes, performance, methods or customer service
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED
Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse supervisory experience 5-10 years of experience using industry best practices in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment Knowledge of shipping systems and platforms Knowledge of inventory tracking systems and warehouse KPI documentation. Proven ability to develop and lead team members in meeting goals and objectives Strong attention to detail Proactive and results-oriented demeanor Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations Maintain forklift certification Bilingual preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical ability and stamina sufficient to maintain continuous physical effort throughout shift. This includes frequent lifting, standing, stooping, bending, reaching and twisting. Physical strength and ability sufficient to perform manual labor for extended periods of time. Manual labor is defined as exerting force sufficient to lift up to 50 lbs.

WITHIN ONE MONTH YOU'LL
Partner and transition with the outgoing logistics manager to onboard Understand daily tasks, software, and any mission critical processes and reports. Contributing new ideas and perspectives at our weekly L10 Operations meetings Have developed relationships with our distribution team who you will be managing
WITHIN THREE MONTHS YOU'LL
Provide input on warehouse setup and logistics Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to enable their growth Evaluate systems and platforms to provide recommendations Understand the departmental financials and structure
WITHIN SIX MONTHS YOU'LL
Implement new operational policies and procedures to increase team efficiency Take on ownership of one of our 3-7 operational quarterly "rocks" that is a priority for the quarter Evaluate the future footprint model for the warehouse and fulfillment
