We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Farmers Branch, TX . In this role, you will manage day-to-day inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and facility operations. You will ensure a safe, efficient working environment while collaborating closely with our sales, service, and accounting teams.
Core Responsibilities Daily Operations:
Manage all daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
Inventory Management:
Maintain strict inventory accuracy, conduct regular physical counts, and resolve discrepancies or product damage issues.
Material Handling:
Oversee labeling, organization, and proper storage of materials. Operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and timely shipments.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce warehouse safety regulations and manage the proper maintenance of equipment.
Logistics & Customs:
Coordinate with domestic inland transportation partners and assist with U.S. import customs clearance workflows.
Reporting & Optimization:
Maintain warehouse reports and continuously improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management (Managerial experience preferred).
Skills:
Proven experience in inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Language:
Full bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required to collaborate with global teams.
Certifications:
Forklift operation experience is mandatory (certification is a strong plus).
Technical Proficiency:
Basic computer skills, including strong proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
Competencies:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and strong teamwork.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
