Direct and schedule warehouse staff (3 shipping, 3 receiving functions), setting clear directives, boundaries, and performance expectations. Cross-train team members and step in directly to handle tasks during high-volume periods. Maintain warehouse safety, inspect propane sit-down forklifts, schedule equipment repairs, and ensure compliance with ISO certification standards. Drive process optimization, utilize WMS / Epicor ERP, and manage inventory accuracy with the Shipping Lead. Safely operate company vehicles and occasionally handle customer deliveries as required.
