Build a Team. Deliver Results. Bralco is seeking an experienced Division Manager to lead the safe, efficient, customer-focused, and profitable operation of its Garland, Texas division. This is a broad leadership opportunity for a business operator who can connect commercial strategy, operations, people leadership, and financial discipline to deliver sustainable results. Own division performance across safety, sales, profitability, service, quality, productivity, inventory, and people development. Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, sales forecasts, and operating priorities. Lead sales, operations, warehouse and distribution, purchasing and inventory, customer service, and administrative teams. Review financial and operating results, identify performance gaps, and lead timely corrective action. Develop sales and market strategies, strengthen key customer relationships, and support business-development activity. Oversee pricing, credit, purchasing, inventory, spending, and resource decisions within established authority. Create a proactive safety culture and ensure adherence to company standards and applicable requirements. Recruit, select, coach, develop, evaluate, and retain a high-performing team; strengthen succession and workforce planning. Communicate priorities and results through regular associate meetings and monthly and quarterly business reviews. Partner effectively with Human Resources, Finance, Safety, Legal, Information Technology, and other company resources. Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. At least five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in sales, operations, distribution, or general management. Experience in metals distribution, manufacturing, or an industrial service-center environment strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead multiple functions and improve financial and operational performance. Strong business judgment, financial acumen, analytical ability, communication, negotiation, and people-leadership skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and business systems used for ERP, CRM, and reporting. Ability to travel based on business needs. Ability to work primarily from the Garland, Texas location and be present in office, warehouse, and service-center environments based on business needs Benefits Bralco offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support associates and their families.
