We're seeking an experienced and proactive Shipping & Loading Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing shipping and loading processes, managing a team, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products. Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of shipping and loading team members, fostering a productive and safety-conscious work environment. Manage daily shipping and loading operations, ensuring efficient workflow, proper scheduling, and adherence to safety protocols. Develop and communicate delivery schedules in collaboration with Sales and Manufacturing teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Coordinate loading activities by working closely with the Plant Manager to meet manufacturing timelines in a cost-effective manner. Address and resolve shipping issues or delays promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency .Benefits:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 3 to 5 years of experience in shipping or loading within a manufacturing or distribution setting. Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on coaching and performance improvement. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines. Solid understanding of shipping procedures, freight logistics, and carrier operations. Experience with scheduling and coordinating shipments using common carriers and company fleets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to build and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Similar remote jobs
