Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead teams, improve productivity, and ensure accurate and efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, logistics experience, and knowledge of warehouse systems and equipment.

Skills and Experience:

Requirements Knowledge of operating systems (CASA, WMS, and YMS). Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Experience in the industrial sector, preferably logistics and customs brokerage. Development and monitoring of KPIs (metrics). Basic knowledge of C-TPAT and OEA. Operation and use of forklifts and heavy equipment. Ensuring operational controls are maintained. Compliance with preventive maintenance programs for equipment. Skills Effective communication. Personnel management (leadership and development). Teamwork. Customer service and communication (internal and external customers). Vendor communication (internal and external suppliers). Operational control and decision-making.
