Position Overview We are looking for a committed and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and drive operational excellence. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for leading Warehouse Supervisors, ensuring safe and efficient operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and achieving productivity and customer service goals. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to developing teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Core Roles & Responsibilities Lead and coach Warehouse Supervisors to ensure daily operational goals are achieved across all warehouse functions. Monitor and support supervisors in overseeing receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and other warehouse activities while maintaining a strong leadership presence on the warehouse floor. Ensure supervisors establish and maintain departmental standards for productivity, quality, reliability, inventory accuracy, and customer service. Hold supervisors accountable for enforcing company policies, safety procedures, and operational best practices. Oversee labor planning and staffing needs by working with supervisors and staffing agencies to ensure adequate workforce coverage. Review operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Coach supervisors on employee performance, training, development, attendance, and corrective action to build high-performing teams. Ensure supervisors maintain accurate documentation, administrative reporting, and effective communication across shifts and departments. Promote collaboration between supervisors, the General Manager, and Inbound/outbound planning teams to ensure operational consistency and customer satisfaction. Support customer audits, resolve operational issues, and ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, safe, and compliant with company and customer requirements. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the operation. Perform other duties as assigned. •All duties and responsibilities are expected to be carried out in a manner consistent with the vision and mission of LX Pantos America, Inc. •The work hours for the 2nd Shift are as follows: Monday - Friday (with some weekends depending on volume) 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM Minimum Qualification Requirement Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred). 5+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience High School Diploma or GED required Proven success in maintaining quality, service, and client relationships in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Experience working in a team-oriented, multi-shift environment. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must be able to draft and send professional emails using Outlook Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or Distribution Management Systems (DMS) strongly preferred.
