The Opportunity We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to help lead daily warehouse operations and light manufacturing production control in our 15,000+ sq ft facility. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building efficient teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations Supervise warehouse staff; lead and develop your team Coordinate logistics, including inventory, outbound shipments, customer-specific requirements, and value-added services Maintain production documentation and compliance; maintain accurate records for light manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Improve efficiency and ensure process accuracy Partner with leadership to meet customer deadlines, including availability for overtime as needed Required Experience Minimum 3 years of management experience, with a track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment Previous experience supervising operations in a warehouse is required; additional experience with light manufacturing processes is helpful A hands-on management style, you're comfortable on the floor Strong communication skills and the ability to hold a team to clear expectations Computer literacy skills Logistics experience is a strong plus Driving & Compliance Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Age 25+ with a valid Texas driver's license (please, no international licenses) Possess a clean driving record within specified timeframes Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings (zero tolerance policy) Compensation Pay starting at $24 per hour Eligible for overtime Quarterly performance bonus (based on individual, team, and company performance) Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) Plan as early as your second paycheck that matches 50% of every 1% up to the first 5% of Salary & Bonuses you contribute.
