Robotics requires precision, and your keen eye ensures quality in every build.Key Position Roles:
Very hands on and at home on the factory floor, spending at least 95% of time on the factory floor. Candidate will learn and ultimately serve as the subject matter expert in robotics repair. Supervises and trains production associates for growth and development by ensuring associates are qualified, trained, and meet standards. Monitor and Evaluate performance of team members and associates through constructive feedback (incl. written reviews, and corrective counseling, etc.). Candidate is fully comfortable holding others accountable for their performance and output. Make necessary changes to accelerate the completion of Orders Other duties as required.
