•$22.00] / hour (DOE) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Warehouse & Material Coordinator to manage inventory, keep our shop clean, and support our field technicians. In this role, you will ensure our technicians have the exact parts and tools they need in their trucks every morning before heading out to job sites.
Key Responsibilities Technician & Truck Inventory:
Load, organize, and restock field service trucks daily so technicians have all necessary materials before hit the road.
Vendor Pickups:
Run local errands to pick up materials, equipment, and parts from vendors using the company vehicle.
Warehouse Organization & Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse space (sweeping, staging materials, organizing shelves).
Inventory Control:
Receive incoming shipments, inspect parts for quality, and keep accurate counts of stock.
Equipment Maintenance:
Track tool check-outs and report any damaged or missing equipment immediately.
Qualifications & Requirements Schedule Availability:
Able to work consistently Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Driver's License:
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required for vendor pickups).
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, bend, stand, and move equipment throughout the shift.
Organization Skills:
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Reliability:
Punctual and dependable—our technicians count on you to start their workday smoothly.
