Warehouse Manager Pay:

Full-Time PrideStaff is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a full-time opportunity in San Antonio. We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who has extensive shipping, booking, and warehouse operations experience and is comfortable managing both the office/administrative side and daily warehouse operations . This is not a desk-only management position . The Warehouse Manager will maintain an office presence and oversee operations, but must also be willing and able to work alongside warehouse associates when needed. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse and shipping operations Manage the complete shipping and booking process Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and records Monitor inventory, orders, and shipment accuracy Handle warehouse administrative and office responsibilities Supervise, train, and provide direction to warehouse associates Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse Troubleshoot shipping, receiving, inventory, and operational issues Communicate with vendors, carriers, customers, and internal departments Work hands-on in the warehouse alongside the team when needed Help ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and deadlines are consistently met Qualifications Previous Warehouse Manager/Supervisor experience required Strong shipping and booking experience and knowledge required Experience overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations Strong computer and administrative skills Comfortable handling both office duties and physical warehouse responsibilities Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Must be a hands-on leader who is willing to jump in and assist the team Compensation $25-$32/hour based on experience We are looking for someone who understands the full warehouse operation from the office to the warehouse floor and can confidently take ownership of day-to-day operations.
