Texas Logistics & Fulfillment is seeking an experienced, high-energy bilingual (English/Mandarin) Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our large-scale logistics and fulfillment operation. We need someone who can manage people, inventory, productivity, safety, and customer expectations simultaneously and who knows how to build structure in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
THE ROLE
The Warehouse Manager will take ownership of daily warehouse execution, including: Leading warehouse supervisors, leads, forklift operators, pickers, packers, and general warehouse personnel Managing inbound receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, staging, and outbound shipping Maintaining inventory accuracy and investigating discrepancies Monitoring productivity, labor utilization, overtime, and cost per unit/order Planning staffing levels based on daily and weekly volume Enforcing SOPs, safety standards, housekeeping, and warehouse discipline Managing dock activity and ensuring trailers are loaded and unloaded efficiently Working with WMS systems and operational reports Establishing measurable KPIs for productivity, accuracy, attendance, and service Identifying bottlenecks and continuously improving warehouse processes Communicating directly with senior management regarding performance, staffing, customer issues, and operational risks Ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule

QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL experience preferred Previous warehouse management or senior operations leadership experience Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound warehouse operations Experience managing a sizable hourly workforce Experience with WMS and inventory-control systems Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and labor productivity Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Forklift and material-handling equipment knowledge preferred 3PL, e-commerce, retail fulfillment, or high-volume distribution experience is a major plus
