Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Warehouse Manager to lead our distribution operations with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse activities, ensuring seamless coordination of inventory management, logistics, and team supervision. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize supply chain efficiency, and uphold safety standards across the facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape operational excellence while fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment to meet customer demands efficiently. Lead and supervise warehouse staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Oversee warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline logistics processes and enhance supply chain visibility. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL), and freight carriers, to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective transportation planning. Develop and implement process improvements utilizing Lean methodologies to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency. Monitor and secure inventory to maintain financial health of warehouse operations. Utilize ERP systems and supply chain analytics to analyze data trends for demand planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, forklift operation standards, and warehouse distribution protocols while supervising dispatching, shipping & receiving procedures. Oversee inventory management practices including inventory control, cycle counting, and materials management to maintain accuracy and reduce shrinkage. Drive initiatives in supply chain management that enhance freight movement, procurement strategies, and order dispatching processes. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a fast-paced organization. Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including inventory control, demand planning, procurement, and transportation planning. Excellent skills in budgeting, process improvement initiatives, and operational planning aligned with profit & loss objectives. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely within warehouse settings. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate staff while maintaining high safety standards across all warehouse functions.
