Assistant Warehouse & Production Manager About Us We're a female-owned online fashion boutique based in Wimberley that specializes in bold, beautiful pieces. We're a close-knit team that values hard work, creativity, and supporting each other. Our warehouse is the heart of our operation, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly while building a positive, collaborative environment. The Role As our Assistant Warehouse & Production Manager, you'll oversee our day-to-day warehouse operations and jewelry production management while being a key leader on our team. This is a hands-on position where you'll wear multiple hats—managing inventory, overseeing jewelry production, supporting our fulfillment team, and making sure everything runs like clockwork. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we operate and grow. What You'll Do Manage incoming inventory—receiving, unpacking, and processing new products Oversee jewelry production workflow, quality control, and timelines Coordinate with jewelry team members to ensure production meets deadlines Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure real-time updates in our warehouse management system Keep our warehouse organized, clean, and efficient Support and mentor our order fulfillment and production team members Address daily operational challenges and find solutions Identify ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency Help train new team members and maintain a positive warehouse culture What We're Looking For 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, production or operations management experience Experience with jewelry production management is a plus Experience with warehouse, inventory, production or operations management systems Strong organizational and leadership skills Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and take initiative A positive attitude and genuine interest in being part of a supportive team Strong, open communication Full-time commitment and reliability
