We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team in Provo, UT, near the Provo Airport. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and distribution processes Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and operations Identify inefficiencies and assist in implementing process improvements to optimize warehouse productivity Strong computer skills to use inventory management system and Microsoft email

Requirements:

5+ years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS) Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a high-volume environment Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse compliance requirements Hazardous material shipping certification a plus Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude Experience with Freestyle MOM system or Odoo a plus Ability to start immediately a plus
