We're looking for an Office Manager, Customer Support & Fulfillment Specialist to support our Billing & Fulfillment Manager while learning the day-to-day operations of a growing technology company. This is more than a shipping or administrative position — it's an opportunity to build a career. Beyond fulfillment, you'll also help keep our office running (light office management tasks) and help make sure every customer feels taken care of. You'll begin by learning our fulfillment processes, inventory, shipping, and internal systems. As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to expand into customer success, operations, billing, office management, or other areas based on your strengths and the needs of the business. We're looking to hire one or more people for this position. About Simple RFID Simple RFID helps businesses around the world manage inventory using RFID technology. Our software and hardware platform replaces traditional barcode systems with RFID, allowing companies to count, locate, and manage inventory faster and more accurately. You'll play an important role in making sure customers receive the right products on time, feel heard when something isn't right, and see our office run like a well-oiled machine — all while helping our operations team stay organized and efficient. As you become familiar with our products, systems, and customers, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and continue growing within the company. What You'll Be Doing Fulfillment & Operations Prepare and ship customer orders, including RFID labels, printers, readers, and accessories Receive and organize incoming inventory Keep shipping supplies stocked and organized Track shipments and assist with customer shipping questions Prepare commercial invoices and customs documentation for international shipments Help maintain inventory accuracy Support the operations team wherever needed Office Management Handle basic bill pay and light office administrative tasks Run errands as needed (post office, bank, supply runs, etc.) Keep the office clean, organized, and stocked with supplies Keep track of team birthdays and small team celebrations/morale touches Schedule customer onboarding and support appointments when needed Customer Satisfaction Check in proactively with customers to make sure they're happy with their orders and experience Help resolve customer concerns quickly and thoughtfully, escalating when needed Assist with customer communications and administrative tasks Learn our internal systems, products, and operational processes What We're Looking For Highly dependable and responsible Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A genuine people-person who enjoys checking in with customers and making sure they feel taken care of Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly; must be able to type at a reasonable speed Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, or HubSpot is a plus Excellent communication skills Able to work independently while supporting a team Comfortable lifting boxes up to 40 pounds Previous fulfillment, warehouse, shipping, office administration, or customer service experience is helpful Growth Opportunities This role is designed for someone who wants to grow with the company. Position Details Location:
In-office near Costco in St.
George, Utah Schedule:
Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. At minimum, applicant MUST be able to work Mondays and Wednesdays.
Compensation:
