We're seeking an organized and driven Assistant Warehouse Manager to support daily operations and help ensure our warehouse runs smoothly. Candidates should demonstrate a stable and consistent work history. Preference will be given to applicants who have shown long-term commitment and reliability in previous positions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee and manage the will call area to ensure accurate and timely customer pickups  Handle inside sales calls and assist with customer inquiries as needed  Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving and verifying deliveries  Maintain accurate stock levels by organizing shelves and performing regular cycle counts  Perform lot maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment  Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and company goals

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

 3+ years of warehouse, logistics and/or UPH (units per hour) distribution experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role  Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA regulations  Strong leadership and team management skills  Strong work ethic with a willingness to grow and succeed within the company  Driven, adaptable, and quick to learn in fast-paced environments  Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting and hands-on tasks  Excellent organizational and communication skills  High school diploma or equivalent required
