Responsibilities:

• Fulfill customer orders (and exchanges/returns) and ensure timely and accurate order entry
• Handle customer inquiries/questions through Email/Messages and provide accurate information about products and services (no phone contacting)
• Provide assistance in invoicing
• Assist with office management tasks, such as organizing files, product.

Includes tracking and submitting orders for new inventory and office supplies

Qualifications:

• STRONG STRONG

  Attention to detail when fulfilling orders
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic skills in entering and organizing data within spreadsheets and keeping data organized.
• Optional Weekend Work for extra pay outside normal hours.
• Paid Holidays Off or work those Holidays for Double Pay
