Warehouse General Manager Details:
Direct Hire position $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 /annually First Shift Own the operational engine that moves customer orders from intake through fulfillment, with accountability for speed, accuracy, responsiveness, and customer experience. Directly lead Inside Sales, Panel Production, cabinet Manufacturing leadership, and the headquarters Quartz, Wilsonart, and Manufacturing warehouse operations. Optimize order entry from ticketing and phone systems, ensuring orders are placed quickly, routed correctly, and supported by expert customer communication. Partner closely with Warehousing and Logistics, Purchasing, Accounting, Technology, Wholesale Supply, and Sales to keep the full order-to-delivery process coordinated. Lead the rollout of a new panel application and improve the flow of panels into manufacturing so production has the material it needs when it needs it. Build, cross-train, and develop teams while balancing workload, improving processes, and creating scalable operating practices as the company grows. Design and launch an improved claims process with stronger workflow, visibility, analytics, and faster response for customers.
Warehouse General Manager Qualifications:
Strong sense of urgency, high energy, and the ability to lead in a fast-moving, hands-on environment. Exceptional people management skills with the ability to listen, teach, support, develop, and hold teams accountable. Proven ability to improve processes, balance resources, and drive measurable operational results across multiple teams. Experience in manufacturing, warehouse/logistics, inside sales, outside sales leadership, or technology is a plus.
