Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking candidates for the Enterprise Request Fulfillment (ERF) Manager role that that serves the organization. This role could be filled both onsite at a Government facility or at a contractor provided facility. STOPSO is

Primary Responsibilities:
The Enterprise Request Fulfillment Manager directs all account management, provisioning, access control, entitlement, and user administration support services provided to the client. Additionally, in this position you will: Manage all ERF and Account Management activities. Oversee account provisioning and de-provisioning operations. Coordinate workload management and staffing. Monitor access management SLA performance. Perform audit reviews and compliance reporting. Coordinate with Cybersecurity and Active Directory teams. Develop process improvements and workforce metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. Five (5) years of IT operations leadership experience. Experience managing identity and access management operations.
