Earth Right is a solar and energy company serving homeowners across Virginia. We're hiring a hands-on Warehouse, Fleet & Delivery Coordinator to keep our warehouse organized, our vehicles road-ready and our job-site deliveries on time. What you'll do: Pick, label and stage material for upcoming solar and battery installs. Receive vendor deliveries and check them against packing lists. Drive our 22-26 ft box truck to deliver material to job sites across Virginia. Keep the inventory sheet accurate and do a monthly count. Handle returns and keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe. Do pre-trip inspections and keep company vehicles serviced, registered and inspected. What we're looking for: Clean driving record Box-truck (22-26 ft), forklift and pallet jack experience Organized, dependable and able to lift and move material safely Comfortable with basic apps and spreadsheets Solar or electrical experience is a plus Clean background and a strong work ethic Must live within a 1-hour commute of our Lynchburg office. No relocation.

Monday-Friday, based at 52 Beechwood Drive, Lynchburg, VA.

Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
