Responsibilities Manages the day-to-day activities of a defined warehouse team, shift, or operational area to ensure materials are received, stored, controlled, and distributed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Executes established warehouse procedures and priorities, coordinates work across receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping, and resolves routine operating issues within assigned authority. Directly supervises warehouse personnel and is responsible for work planning, staffing, coaching, performance, safety, asset protection, and the condition of assigned facilities and equipment. Collaborates with project, production, purchasing, sales, records-control, and transportation partners and escalates higher-impact risks or exceptions to senior warehouse leadership. 3.0 Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Directs daily receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and internal material movement for an assigned team, shift, or operational area.

Establishes daily work plans, assigns priorities, balances labor and equipment, and monitors completion against schedules, service requirements, and functional performance measures.

Verifies incoming and outgoing shipments, material condition, quantities, system transactions, and distribution documentation; resolves routine discrepancies and escalates significant exceptions.

Maintains inventory accuracy through location discipline, transaction controls, cycle counts, discrepancy research, and timely corrective action.

Supervises, schedules, trains, coaches, and evaluates warehouse employees; supports hiring, performance management, employee development, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.

Enforces warehouse safety, housekeeping, security, loss-prevention, and material-handling requirements; addresses unsafe conditions and supports incident follow-up.

Coordinates warehouse activity with project teams, production, purchasing, sales, records control, transportation, and other internal partners to meet material availability and delivery commitments.

Inspects assigned warehouse space, material-handling equipment, and related assets; initiates maintenance work orders and replacement or repair requests.

Manages the controlled disposition or salvage of damaged or used material and ensures related records and approvals are complete.

Identifies practical improvements to layout, workflow, storage utilization, and standard work and implements approved changes within the assigned area.

Qualifications 5+ year of experience with a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management logistics, finance, business administration or relevant discipline.

5+ or more years of experience in logistic/supply change management

Managing Processes and management Inventory Cycle Counting, MS Excel Analyzing Information

Ability to travel locally with own transportation.

Abilities:

Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.

Sitting for extended periods of time.

Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.

Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
