We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Shift Supervisor to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating workflow, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting the Warehouse Manager in keeping operations efficient and on schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with stock management Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure proper operation Implement and follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Assist with organizing and optimizing warehouse layout for efficiency Communicate operational issues, updates, and needs directly to the

Warehouse Manager Experience & Skills:

Previous experience in warehouse operations or related field Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and best practices Familiarity with equipment operation and maintenance (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) Excellent organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with management and team members

Qualifications:

Experience in warehouse operations or lead role preferred

Valid Driver's License Pallet Jack Certification Forklift Certification Additional Information:
