Responsibilities include:
Lead, coach, schedule and develop the warehouse team Oversee receiving, inventory, storage, order fulfillment and shipping operations Coordinate daily deliveries to Coastal Edge retail locations Ensure merchandise is accurately received, ticketed, organized and distributed Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and regular audits Improve warehouse processes to increase productivity and operational efficiency Monitor inventory movement and work closely with the buying and purchasing teams Manage warehouse organization, cleanliness and safety standards Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with UPS, FedEx and other carriers Load, unload and move merchandise safely throughout the warehouse Operate company vehicles for deliveries between warehouse and store locations Manage warehouse supplies, equipment and operational needs Support seasonal inventory increases and special events as business demands Who You Are You're a leader who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and helping your team succeed.
