Reporting to a Women's Services Nurse Manager and collaborating closely with physician leaders, unit educators, and charge RNs, the Women's Services Assistant Manager will guide daily operations across triage, antepartum, intrapartum, OR/C-section, and postpartum areas. Responsibilities for the Women's Services Supervisor include staffing and scheduling oversight, mentoring and precepting, performance coaching, advancing quality and safety bundles. You will be championing EFM competency and NRP readiness, optimizing patient flow and experience, managing throughput and capacity, partnering on budget and supply stewardship, leading huddles and shared-governance councils, and nurturing a friendly team of nurses and a diverse, interdisciplinary group of obstetricians, anesthesiologists, pediatrics/NNP, lactation, case management, social work, pharmacy, and therapy colleagues who are committed to collaborative, respectful practice.
