$24.94•$37.41 per hour The manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of two essential service departments at CVMC. Reporting to the Director of Patient Support Services, this position oversees all functions related to linen distribution, supply movement, lab specimen delivery, mail services, and patient transport-each of which directly contributes to high-quality patient care. The Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing workforce while fostering a culture of service excellence and teamwork. This role requires strong operational oversight, including maintaining accurate workflows, optimizing departmental processes, and ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols. Key responsibilities include coordinating service requests from all hospital departments, creating and managing staff schedules, supporting budget objectives, and providing hands-on assistance when operational needs arise. As a visible leader, the Manager models exemplary customer service, responds promptly to departmental needs, and ensures team members are supported and positioned for success.
