As a Fulfillment and Delivery Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a strategic coordinator and resource champion. You make an impact every day by ensuring quality standards and productivity goals are achieved and prioritize safety.Responsibilities include:
Provides oversight at the direction of management onsite to coordinate routine work activities of employees engaged in operations, fulfillment, deliveries, and services at various locations. Supervise route assignments, route delivery, and transportation activities, to ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely manner. Control vehicle maintenance schedules and records, such as accident reporting and vehicle inspections, as required by contracts and regulations. Provide support to management in the daily oversight of employees and key functions. Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.What You Bring:
Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all. Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience working in a warehouse, transportation, purchasing, customer service, sales or similar supply chain department. 0 - 2 years of transportation related work experience and Food handler card / Servsafe Certification preferred Valid state driver's license required.Additional Requirements:
