This role provides leadership to delivery drivers and hub staff, manages performance metrics, and ensures compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards. The Hub Manager is responsible for workforce scheduling, inventory and package flow management, resource planning, and maintaining a high-performance, customer-focused culture. They serve as the primary point of accountability for operational excellence, problem resolution, process improvements, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient hub environment. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, high-volume delivery environment.

40 standard, however additional hours will be necessary based on customer needs. M-F starting at 5:00AM Job Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership- Manage daily hub operations, including inbound package receipt, sortation, routing, staging, dispatch, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Ensure packages are processed accurately and dispatched on schedule to meet delivery expectations and SLAs.
- Oversee the duty assignment process while maintaining compliance with IC contract guidelines and business rules.
- Maintain operational readiness, hub organization, and adherence to company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
3+ years of operations, logistics, or transportation management experience. Prior experience working with Independent Contractors, vendors, or 1099 delivery partners. Understanding of last-mile routing, delivery operations, andDOT/OSHA
guidelines. Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak seasons. Preferred Experience in parcel delivery, gig-economy logistics, or e-commerce distribution. Experience using TMS/WMS delivery or fleet management systems. Safety, compliance, or logistics certifications.Skills:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage frontline teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical abilities and comfort managing KPIs and operational data.
