Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Foreperson to oversee and direct staff to ensure all functions are carried out in a productive and timely manner.
Pay:
$26.62-$26.62/ Hourly The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • One (1) year of prior related work experience required and on the job training provided
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One (1) year of prior leadership experience preferred
  • Initiate, plan, schedule and evaluate the work, activities and resources of crews or team members
  • Instruct and train employees team members in the performance of their duties and in the proper use of equipment
  • Enforce and abide by safety standards and regulations
  • Coordinate work across multiple teams on joint projects
  • Schedule and assign active work orders and monitors backlog, staffing requirements, staffing capabilities and previous work carryover
  • Develop appropriate work plans and cost estimates by analyzing tasks and determining resources required
  • Estimate cost of direct labor, materials, tools, equipment, and contract services; and tracks actual vs estimated costs
  • Ensure all work-related materials and labor are entered into the work management system
  • Enforce departmental policies, procedures and safety rules and regulations
  • Supervise and participate in the layout, design, and fabrication of signs
  • Write specifications, orders, and maintain an inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment
