Principal Responsibilities:
Lead safety activities related to the drivers and mechanics within the region. Leading by example and application of Behavioral Safety tenants will be important factors for success. Champion all regional HSEQ Activity- Safety Meetings, Safety Talks, Behavioral Safety, Intelex, IMS and IMSS.

- experience managing personnel responsible for delivering Messer products to customers and demonstrated ability to encourage personnel to provide superior customer service in a team environment. Management through influence
- working cross-functionally to achieve results in a lean environment Strong computer system aptitude and ability to use data to drive decisions Strong communication skills, supervisory experience in union environments highly desired Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and Hazmat regulations Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or green belt a plus Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 7 years' experience in a supervisory role with three or more years involving transportation processes The salary range for this position is $135,000•$180,000.
