Position Summary The Regional Distribution Center Manager is the senior on-site leader responsible for operating and scaling a flagship Regional Distribution Center (RDC) within the NCS network. This leader will own the complete P&L for their facility, maintain best-in-class inventory accuracy, deliver daily operational visibility to leadership, and serve as the critical link between the RDC and the broader NCS organization/VP.
