Job Description

Are you a proactive operations leader who thrives on turning ideas into action? We are looking for an Operations Support Manager to lead key projects and improvement initiatives that strengthen Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost performance across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Customer Transition, this full-time exempt role will help drive cost-effective process improvements that support both current priorities and future growth.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Collaborates with cross-functional teams (i.e., Sales, Operations, Customer Service) to identify areas of opportunity. Assists teams in developing and implementing continuous improvement plans. Identifies, recommends, and implements projects/initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and/or Cost. Seeks out opportunities to establish and implement network-wide standards and best practices. Builds internal relationships by engaging team members and providing feedback to share information and results. Leverages technical expertise and/or AI solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, strong planning, and excellent attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, JDE Enterprise One, and RFGen Mobile Data Capture Ability to address problems and opportunities across the operations areas. Ability to influence and build alliances and partnerships across the organization.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
At least five years' industry-related experience, including three years in leadership and/or project management.
PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit for extended periods of time within an office environment. Ability to use hands and fingers for computer keyboarding, and answer phone calls. Communicate via the telephone using speaking and hearing skills. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time based on the needs of the business.
